This is just a myth that is only a CBSE students can score good marks in JEE not students from ICSE. If you are good in Studies and you have all the key points & concept of all the chapter is in your mind and you know how to utilize, apply these concept in the question easily and faster than you have to problem in the exam. JEE paper just check the students potential and knowledge. Student which is average in studies can say that it is tough but when you are sincere in your work then it doesn't matter from which board you are. I think this is student to student thinking that JEE is difficult for ICSE student and easy for CBSE student.
