1. KNIT is in rural area and BIET is in urban area and if you want to prepare for higher studies or competition than BIET is good because in BIET you get exposure to many facets.
2. CS is much better and has good prospects at BIET.
3. Placement status of both the colleges are nearly same I. e. nil for core branches and 100 % for CS IT and Average salary is 2.5LPA. BIET Placements:-
Coming to the placements for the 2017 batch, approximately 200 students got placed in companies like Amazon, Genpact, CMS, Pompeii, Face India, Delisis, HGS, etc. Coming to the salary, the lowest was 1.3 LPA, the average was 1.5 LPA and the highest was 3.82 LPA. All companies that visited our college provides jobs under the Domain of BPO, BPS and ITES and didn't even provide roles other than these like core roles.

The hands on experience for civil engineering students and in campus training for job experience and personality development courses for the interview all part of the MIT civil engineering course. The placement here is quite appreciating. Many big companies like Ford, Tata, Reliance, etc. , visit the college for placements. The highest package was from the Ford company with Rs 4.5 LPA. It provides the students with good internships. The highest stipend for internships was Rs. 5000. The college has a dedicated placement cell. Although, 70% students are placed on-campus while others have to go for pool campus rounds which is a drawback and getting lucrative offers becomes next to impossible with such drives. Faculty members and alumni support is provided for soft skills and aptitude preparation, also mock interviews and group discussion are conducted for gaining hands-on experience.

For electrical students, extra subjects on telecom and networking, computer hardware, mechatronics are provided for in-depth understanding. Placement assistance provided with average salary package up to Rs 4.30 Lacs per annum for B.Tech. The highest salary offered is Rs 8.5 Lacs per annum and international placements of two B.Tech electrical engineering students at a package of Rs. 35 Lacs per annum & Rs 22 Lacs per annum respective by Rakuten. Companies like Yes Bank, Edelweiss were among the most known ones which visited the campus. In all, there were around 90 companies from the following sectors- IT, BFSI, consulting, automobile and manufacturing, infrastructure, real estate, media, education, FMCG, e-commerce, etc. The placement cell provides good grooming such that the students are market-ready. The major highlights while choosing the campus are the infrastructure, campus placement, faculty members, extracurriculars etc. National Institute of Engineering is one of the famous in the engineering sector. The campus has unique teaching methodology and the faculty members are very experienced. Majority of the faculty members are doctorate holders and they excel in their field of education. National Institute of Engineering is offering a course which is always upgraded. PES is another major engineering campus of Karnataka where students from all parts of India are studying altogether. This college has very standard teaching methodology. They give importance for practical education more than theoretical one. The major highlight of this campus is that the placement package of students are very high and is getting increased year by year. The campus is very famous for the infrastructure and new practical oriented study package. So both the campus are good.

CMRIT does not have a brand name similar to that of Acharya. The course curriculum of AIT is very practical oriented and would have immense opportunities for the future. Both the campus have the following features like excellent faculty members, alumni network, expert mentors, international relationships, student exchange facilities, etc. Both the above-mentioned courses are of very high demand. Engineering education is all about the dedication you put in it. 70% of campuses in Bangalore offer placements. The above-mentioned campus has an excellent placement. They both offer quality education. About the course, CSE is more easy to get a job immediately after completion of the course. CSE is a very good course but there are some risk factors. If you don't get a campus placement from the college then it will be difficult for you to search from outside.

The placements at Karunya University of computer Science engineering is really very good. The placement ratio is almost 70 to 75% placement. The average package is around Rs. 3 to Rs. 5 Lacs per annum. Since this branch CSE is among the evergreen branch, the placements of this branch will increase with the good amount of packages. Many companies like Accenture, Infosys, Tata Group, TCS, Renault etc. Takes students from here. The credit goes to training and placement cell department of Karunya University. It is really good to do computer Science engineering from a reputed institute or university for better Placements in best Companies. The placement ratio of Karunya University is almost 75 % and in future, it will be like this only for computer Science engineering and other top engineering fields.

Amrita School of Engineering, Bengaluru has the strategic advantage of being located at Bangalore which helps to college to attract large number of companies including the corporate and core ones for the placement drive in the college. While Amrita School of Engineering at Coimbatore is certainly the best faculty for computer Science engineering which is really supportive and would push you every time to score a CGPA of more than 9. They would also readily include you in their projects and would support you to get through it. Placements at both the universities is almost equivalent has the same number of companies visit for the colleges and only the number of office made by these companies change by a certain number.
