USA universities are hub of technology innovation. Most of the top Engineering universities are located in USA. Students who have studied their MS in USA have good job opportunities in all specializations subject to visa availability. You must seek admission in MS based on you academic qualification, area of interests, subjects in which excel in UG & did some innovative work during studies and GRE score. As per trend lot of Indian student opt for MS in Computer Science in USA universities.

Average package:- 12.5 lakhs (aggregate of all branches)
Highest package:- 1.3 crores (aggregate of all branches)
Percentage placed:- 79.8%
No of offers made (2016) :- 1143

Overall, placements Scenarios are average with 3-4 LPA as average median Salary range with highest up to 6Lpa for Food science and technology specialization. Above companies have been participating with decent job opportunities on plate. Alumni support is great for unplaced students and offer good Internship experience as well for majorly all students.

MVJ College of Engineering is affiliated do it AICTE.
Faculty on a scale of 10 could be rated around 7.
Though they lack experience in teaching S4 syllabus of VTU it is comfortable enough they have adapted NBA accreditation policies which enables to know the course outcome with the feedback system in the next semester.
Other if you are interested looking for sports to be encouraged trust need that is not the right place to enter in the MVJ College.
Placement:
Placements there are hardly any core companies that come for an aeronautical engineering do none of the students got place in core companies even outside few of them were placed at TCS

As per students reviews, and my own opinion, IIAEIT is not an up to mark college either for education or placements.
If doing graduation in aviation field is your interest then its fine but if you are opting for aeronautical engineering just because you are having a misconception regarding highly paid jobs (after completion of graduation in aero.) then let me clarify few things.

Madras Institute of Technology is affiliated to Anna University which is known for its BE course in aeronautical engineering and is placed among the top colleges in India for aeronautical engineering.
MIT is a place which enables you to become what you aspire to become in your life.
