If you want to become and RJ, then you can start your career with your regional language and the radio of your area, and see how it helps you to become a great RJ. It is not necessary that you may know English for this. There are many people who don't know English and besides that they excel in their careers, because of their self-confidence and a strong belief. But, you should learn English slowly, whenever you feel like and depending upon your interest, and gradually you will learn things during your career itself, but don't leave your interest thinking that you don't know English. Good luck.
