Performing arts (theatre and television) course must be leading you to a job in the related field. For example, I take the FTII or NSD course which works as an eligibility or competence certification to enter the field of theatre or commercial cinema or even television world. If the job/assignment/projects you are getting after the course are good and will certainly take you to the place where you aim to be (does not mean superstardom, but sensible, good work), do go ahead and join the work. If you still feel you have more to learn and specialise then freely go and study. Education in the domain of theater, performing arts will make yo

The same scope that is there for FCP and editing in government jobs is there for non-linear editing. Excerpts already on Shiksha (from my profile). An excerpt from the above written by me needs to be shared as an intro to the reply:
1. Linear Editing is a thing of the past in this digital and technology-led age. Hence, it is the Non-Linear editing that remains the way video production is done for all forms I.e. films, documentary, TV serial, music videos, etc. Even news reporting videos are also customized. The career prospects for a certificate course are not that high, even in India or abroad. But, the condition in this skill and crea

Mass communication is a media-related course whereas editing and proof reading are the small segments of the vast media careers. One needs to know that mass media is the comprehensive umbrella term and course that covers all leading segments and aspects of mass media. Whereas, proofreading goes for content check-content writing area. Editing also has two dimensions- Video editing and Content Editing for print media material. Camera and lighting course for a government job lead to the technician profile in the sound and production departments. PSUs, government public relation and information, culture and languages Departments have such units that work on the video recordings, events, etc. As a cameraman, one can also join a university where an auditorium becomes the place of work for the person. I must share the observation that sound and light are generally connected with each other and camera is kept into the production team works. Unlike Kurukshetra University, Siri Fort Audi, IHC Delhi, Sahitya Academy or any other government organisation offers jobs to

There are many media-electronic and print- jobs in the public sector. There are jobs in the digital media as well. Documentary production is a specialised domain and there are such profiles in the TV media of the government I.e. Doordarshan. The national broadcaster offers jobs to documentary makers-Directors, Cameraman, Screen Writers and Editors. This may be noted that the same work also goes on in project assignment mode as well. Along with Doordarshan jobs, there are public

Fairfield Institute of Management is better than Nalanda colleges as the Fairfield College is affiliated with the GGSIPU University and the learning procedure goes by the same. The learnings provided by GGSIPU makes a person skilled and good to go in the industry.
Alongside, the faculty and the facilities in Fairfield are fairly good and can help you grow in your career.

Hi,
Does lovely weather or delicious treats make your fingers itch to click a snap? Then like many others you are a budding photographer in the making. Most famous photographers start off by taking photographs at a family celebration or capturing the scenic beauty of a vacation. Thus, for most people in this field, photography first starts as a hobby which later on becomes a passion, so strong that one cannot think of joining any other profession irrespective of the pay scale/package they are being offered.
Earlier, one had to learn the nuances of photography on job or maybe by working as a helper with bigger photographers. However, now
