Hi,
No doubt GATE IIT, J P Nagar is the best. Check their awesome results in 2016. Every institute talk about personal attention but in actual it is not, but GATE IIT really provide the same and maintain the quality standards too.
They have good knowledge of subjects.
Excellent faculties of industrial experience.
Excellent facilities, for students.
Good interaction, with individual students.

Hi,
Yes, you will be able to study B.Arch even if you didn't give NATA. Though NATA is the most common exam to get into over 200 colleges all over the country. There are other tests like JEE paper 2 for architecture and planning courses. National Institutes of Technology and Schools of Planning and Architecture offer these courses based on JEE paper 2 scores. Here is a link that will help you with details of these examinations.

Look, it all depends on you and your future goals. But my suggestion is to go for job after B.Tech Planning and then apply for higher studies. The reasons are following:

You should ideally opt for humanities/arts. Since fashion is an art or an expression of art itself, it helps when you know more about the society you live in, its history, its psychology. However, fashion designing is something that is not taught in school in any stream so it hardly matters what stream you choose in the 11th grade. So it's always better to choose a stream which you're good in.

To be a sound engineer, one needs to do a certified sound engineering courses. Many music institutes offer this kind of certified courses. There are diploma courses, which is maximum for one year and minimum for six months. After completing the course and getting the certificate you need to work as intern, it helps to learn the work thoroughly, after getting a couple of experience you should opt for a job. Starting salary would be 15-20 thousand minimum (according to the skills the person has, the amount might less also).
