Many Private institutes and coaching provide Web-Designing Course but the courses differs from Institute.
Generally, the available courses are certificate courses, diploma courses and post graduate courses. All these would ultimately direct you in the field of web design but each course has its own uniqueness.

There appears to be some confusion in raising the query. Let me try and remove the confusion and try to throw some light.Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or "AME" courses are not high cost at all. Typically annual expenditure would be about Rs. 1 lakh. It is felt that this is reasonable. Secondly, it's a three year course and not five years course. This is after 10+2 stage. In addition, many institutions have tied up with some university to award a B.Sc degree. So three year B.Sc in AME with Rs.3 lakh expense is surely reasonable. C++ is basically more power to the programmer (since one can break past all sorts of abstractions), and runs natively instead of on a virtual environment (and hence is also platform dependent). A C++ application can manage its own memory in more finer ways than a Java app can. In C++, one can overload operators, access physical addresses and override values there. One can throw and catch any type (.) and do some nasty stuff around all that. On the other hand, in Java, one can sit back and basically just deal with OO abstractions
