Reservation executives are the ones who are generally working in backend office work. They just confirm the tickets booked by people for the seats of transportation/ events/ any other occasion. They just forward their work to ticketing team.
Reservation team is a comfortable job as compare to ticketing. Ticketing team needs to meet the targets assigned. Ticketing job is a bit tedious as compared to the reservation.

Read all the greats, but don't skip the more obscure writers. Read magazines. Get yourself a library card if you don't have one, and if you cant does that, check Google Books and Google Magazines.
