Ticketing job is a general term used for executives working on ticket distribution and ticket selling. They not only sell the ticket over the counter, but they also sell offline thorough connections/ social platforms.
Reservation executives are the ones who are generally working in backend office work. They just confirm the tickets booked by people for the seats of transportation/ events/ any other occasion. They just forward their work to ticketing team.
Reservation team is a comfortable job as compare to ticketing. Ticketing team needs to meet the targets assigned. Ticketing job is a bit tedious as compared to the reservation.
