If you are looking for any University Grant Commission approved university, then it is difficult for you get chance with less than 45% marks. As the University Grant Commission has laid down the guidelines for taking admission in a LLB course. But, you can opt for a distance education degree where there is some relaxation. If you belong from any reserved category, then I would like to suggest you to check the criteria of the concerned institution. Because, there is some relaxation for the reserved candidates.
Also, for LLM, less than 45% of marks in graduation is not adequate enough unless you belong from a specialized reserved candidates. You might get admission in any Private Law Colleges. But, if it comes under the scanner of Bar Council of India, then your admission can be declared as null and void.

Sociology covers human behavior, cultures, trends and phenomenon. The scope ends at individual human behavior, psyche and personalities. That's where psychology takes over.
I once had a sociology professor tell me I couldn't put in my research that a participant was upset at my research question, because I wasn't qualified to know if they were angry. As a double major in psychology it was clear the participant was angry. In psychology I could make this distinction, but sociology avoids explaining how the human brain works in social explanations.
Sociologist (also psychologist) George Herbert Mede made an analogy once about studying the trees or the forest to compare sociology and individual human behavior. Although sociology does explain human behavior and the environments influence, psychology tends to focus more on how the brain is affected by these interactions.
In the end, my personal opinion is that sociology has a very large scope and psychology tends to narrow it down a bit.

Political science is a field which deals mostly with practical and empirical aspects (except few topics in political science like classical political theory).
Whereas philosophy is more abstract, normative and prescriptive in orientation.
Philosophy seeks to find answers behind why factor, like why particular phenomenon whether social, political or economic is happening and its roots and origins and endeavors to bring it closer to ideal situation.
Whereas Political Science is the field where one is supposed to engage into disinterested research refraining from any personal prejudices and preferences to explain ongoing political phenomenon.
In terms of wideness and expanse, Philosophy is much broader stream than political science. Philosophy has broad contours touching all fields of humanities right from history, sociology, and economics to culture.

3. Philosophy: Human resource management actually need people from philosophy background. Areas which includes ethics and logical thinking would be great as a career for a philosophy major student.
4. Political science: Get into hardcore politics. It's high time we have seen people who actually know the science and philosophy of politics, practice it.
5. Sociology: A career in government sector which includes family planning, development seems apt for a sociology major.
6. Language and literature: A knack and skill for writing along with passion for it, will take you places with this chosen field.

AIBE is an open book examination conducted by the BCI and is not that difficult examination, as it is a MCQ based. Wherein having basic knowledge about law and basic concepts cleared shall be very helpful.
The exam being MCQ based, there is no need of learning things. Only having a thorough knowledge would help. The subject list is posted on the AIBE website and also subject wise distribution of marks is mentioned, which proves very helpful to study.
Sections, articles, case laws and illustrations mentioned below the sections should be read carefully as we often do not concentrate much on the illustrations part.
Constitutional Law and Criminal Laws should be read carefully along with all the landmark judgements. Also, some of the most used legal terms and definitions that are most commonly used shall also be remembered.
Also, practice solving previous year question papers, which will be of more use. This much preparation will be enough as the exam is not that difficult. And the last part that you should keep in mind is that the time limit. As it is an open book exam, a lot of time is lost while searching for answers in Bare Acts. So, it should be kept in mind that time should be properly managed.

But unfortunately, it does not give any boost to career though it enhances CV. Of course it enables one to pursue doctorate in education. It is therefore very nice idea to pursue another career enhancing course along with M.Ed. Like for example Post Graduation in original subject. This will enhance career in the sense then one can hope to become teacher of higher classes and also think of becoming principal of a school one day. PG will also enable to become lecturer in a college with higher salary etc. One can also do a course enhancing skills or a course in management.
