There may be numerous factors that influence your decision regarding the area you wish to specialize in. Depending upon your priority, you may choose a field as per the market demand (job availability), your interest area, preferred job profiles and the compensation package. Yes, you can. It would help you in a huge way if you are going to do MBA for sure once you are done with your graduation. You can apply for some coaching class for mock tests. Mock tests would help you in preparation. Or if you want you can join the classes as well. Many classes nowadays provide feature like if you are not able to get into the college that you want you can sit for their lectures in next year again. You get access to their online study material as well. As you would give the CAT exam while you are in the final year of your graduation you will get an idea about how entrance exams are in nature. Jaipuria Institute for Management is one of the most decent colleges for pursuing business studies in the Delhi NCR region. Many corporate and management related companies visit the campus every year for placements. Some of the top companies are:
Coca Cola, Axis Bank, Havells, Asian Paints, Amazon (two year prior), D-Mart, etc.
The average placement from the campus, specifically for MBA aspirants is around 5 LPA, whereas highest being 14 LPA.

Yes, you can surely apply for an IIM even you have rejected a previous offer. There are people who do get selected in newer IIMs but they apply again to get into top IIMs. The shortlists are based on CAT score and profile and the number of attempts are not considered. Normally, during the interview process as well, the interviewers do not ask about whether you were selected last time. If they do, then you can give a valid reason for your choice and make them understand the opportunity cost of your decision. No, pursuing a distance graduation won't impact your chance of getting admission in top B-schools as many colleges accept candidates with distance graduation but one need to prove themselves. it in much more better way than that of a candidate with regular degree.
