IIM Bangalore anyday. It has a smaller batch size, is older, better climate, better placements (more offers from consult firms and banks), better faculty, surrounded by startups and MNCs.
Hence, IIM Bangalore hands down.

IIMs and IITs are really focused colleges and can't be compared to the US and European universities. Those universities house various departments which all come together to enrich the student experience. And, additionally due to the smaller size of the universities in India, they have low number of foreign students and faculty. Also, the research output is lesser than universities worldwide due to the focus on placements.
