While both Lala Lajpat Rai and Thakur Institute lies among the top 20 colleges in Mumbai to do an MMS from, Lala Lajpat Rai is ranked 3- 4 Ranks ahead of Thakur Institute and the placements in Lala Lajpat Rai is a bit better than Thakur Institute.

Students were offered key positions like Business Manager, Marketing Manager, Relationship Manager, Analyst, Research Associate, Credit and Equity Analyst, Research Associate, Operations Manager, Associate Consultant, Pre-sales Executive and Finance Manager amongst others.
Some of the recruiters that offered PPOs were: DE Shaw & Co., Asian Paints, Marsh India, Bajaj Finserv, Firstsource Solutions Ltd. SBI Life etc.The student were getting PPO from their internship company

Xavier's Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar offers 2-year degree in MBA with a specialization in rural management. Mostly their internship and job area are focused on developing the rural sector. Recently, they have completed their placement for the batch of 2017 rural management of 60 candidates. They achieved 100% placement. Well the institute is good and decent and will provide you with good facility and infrastructure which you require. But placement are not good as compared to other same level university or college .
There are no 100% placement not because of college but because of the students who are not able to perform during the campus selection and they blame the college for not providing the opportunity. The institute invites company for placement with decent package but then it is up to the candidate to perform in the selection process.
The major recruitment agency are HDFC, ICICI, ECLERX, ALLSTATES, Mahindra,TCS, Wipro etc.

Specialisation offered in MBA are marketing, finance, HR, operations, sports, business and entrepreneur management. The campus is good and the faculty is also experienced. I am sure that you will be placed with a decent company.
The total intake of the course is 180 students.
The total fee for the course is 5.90 lakh.
The highest package was 7 lakh for the marketing candidate.
The average package is about 4-5 lakh.
Minimum package offered was 4 lakh.
The following company visit the campus:-
Eclerx, HDFC, Amul, Appolo, HCL, VODAFONE, ICICI, H&R, Bharti Axa, Lodha group, Motilal Oswal, Accenture, Tata Teleservices, etc.

The college is one if the finest in finance so the student of the finance field gets more package as compared to other field of institute with over 90 company participating in the placement process mostly from the BFSI sector. It saw increase in the placement opportunity for the financial student.
The highest package offered was Rs 24 lakh whereas the average package was Rs 7 lakh to the finance student. The major recruiter are HDFC , Citibank, ICICI, Yes Bank, Axis Bank, HSBC, PWC and Deloitte. The highest package are for the finance student. There are International placement also. Sydenham Institute of Management and Research has a placement record of 100% with maximum number of companies visiting the campus for placement as well as for internship placement. Majority of the students got their PPO and PPI from their internship company only. The highest package ranges to around Rs 21 lakh and average package of about Rs 10 lakh for top 50% batch rest are placed at package of about Rs 5 lakh.
