Placements are not so good, moreover, the feedback concerned with this university is also not good. However, you can go to Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University. It is a private university located in Jaipur. The college is considered to be good in terms of the facilities and faculty members. 1. It is a practical course, so how will you manage to learn through distance when it's meant to be a regular course.
2. None of the good and reputed colleges of India offer a distance fashion designing Master's degree.
3. Even if some colleges offer a distance programme then fashion designing is a field where you need to practice on regular bases. So it doesn't matter whether you are doing it from India or from abroad.
4. Distance learning wouldn't help you to get a good job as a fashion designer.
