You can do B.Arch after completing your Diploma. Eligibility criteria for B.Arch is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English and Maths) or Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central/ State government. (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks as per NATA or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments e. g. If you have interest in same field then you should do M.Arch else go for MBA. You need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT / MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST) and should also have min of 50% to 55% in your Bachelors. You can do MBA in any specializations of your interest. I am listing below some of the common and most opted specialisation of the MBA course, international business management, agribusiness management, e-business/ e-commerce, financial market, entrepreneurship, finance, human resources management information systems marketing, operations, management strategic/ risk management, technology management.

Although Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts has good infrastructure and on-campus facilities, however placements for this college is not rated too well. The placement cell does not take steps necessary to facilitate placement drives on campus. Many students do not get placed, which is one of the main objectives to go to college; to get a good job. This purpose is defeated if one is studying at Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts. Students and alumni from this college have not given positive reviews regarding the faculty at the institute, who they say do not have in -depth knowledge about their subjects.
On the other hand Hindustan Institute of Technology is a well known brand and has been ranked well by many magazines and ranking surveys. Placements are also good and most of its student get placed with top companies with high pay packets.
So, in my opinion I would prefer Hindustan Institute of Technology for a degree in B.Arch over JNA FA University.

Placements in Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology are not so good. Faculty is not as good as compared with other colleges, and many leave within their first year itself, which does not give the students time to know their professors and lecturers.]
So, in my opinion Sharda university is a better bet to pursue B.Arch as compared to Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology.
