Any addition along with B.Arch degree would make you stand apart from the rest. Maybe a technical qualification such as LEED or GRIHA, would make you much stronger in the field of sustainability. B.Arch degree is a five-year course and is well valued. Additional qualifications such as a:
Certified Autodesk Architecture Specialist
Certified Autodesk Revit Architecture Specialist
Certified Autodesk 3DS MAX specialist
Certified Google Sketch Up Specialist
Certified Photoshop Specialist
Certified Photography Specialist would make you stand apart.
Good luck!

In comparison to Integral University, I would say that Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University is a well established and responsible University. The big reason to recommend that college is that it has the specialisation in the course which you are looking for. Photography and architecture based course is very expensive. The total per year fee for this is around INR 61000. The fee should be paid in the college and the entire fee is to be submitted in one go as there is no provision of half fee. B.Tech in civil engineering deals with planning, construction and maintenance of structures such as buildings, roads, stadiums, dams, etc. Aspirant learns about making and planning of structure for personal and social use. B.Arch deals with design, planning and construction of buildings and other physical structures.
Basically, both are doing the job of construction and planning but B.Arch pass outs think design in mind and design on paper and Civil engineers think how to make and make the design happen in reality.
