The first thing that comes to my mind by the word chef is passion, to work as a chef one has to be very passionate. To start a good career in food Production or to be a chef you should have a Degree in hospitality or hotel management or a diploma in same. Basically, you should be a hospitality graduate and then you can get into a management trainee program and after the completion of the program you will be a JR. SOUS CHEF but to reach to this level you have to have very good knowledge about food and all the basic and non-basic terms and methods of cooking.
If you start your career as management trainee you will get somewhere around INR 25000 to INR 30000 per month and your salary increases to INR 30000 to INR 40000 after the completion of the management trainee program.

Tourism Department:
In the tourism department, there are jobs as reservation and counter staff, sales and marketing staff, tour planners and tour guides. Officers in the Directorate and Departments of Tourism are recruited from among the candidates who have done civil service, drawn from the Civil/administrative services of the State and Central governments. They are involved in the planning and promotion of tourism activities. A degree in travel and tourism is required for operational jobs in government organizations. Information assistants at the office of the Tourism departments are selected through competitive examinations held by the Staff Selection Commission. The eligibility is graduation with knowledge of Indian history, art, and architecture, besides proficiency in English.
Airlines:
Working in an airline, whether on the ground staff or in flight is an exciting option for many people these days. There are many companies operating tours for the domestic as well as the international tourist. Tour operators need people for selling the concept and then to accompany the groups to the destinations.
Travel Agencies:
Travel agents assess the needs of tourists and businessmen and help them make the best possible travel arrangements from the many travel options available. They deal with almost everything connected with travel including the shortest route to the destination, travel mode, the important documents that will be required (visa, passport, vaccination certificates etc.), suitable places to stay, current exchange rates, tourist attractions to visit, climate and they will plan the trip keeping in mind the clients' preferences, budgets and special needs.

In the HIHT University, the candidates can get admission to complete their MBBS programs as per their eligibility criteria and on the basis of the result of the entrance examination, admission will be provided to the candidates. The HIHT exam pattern has given below for candidates:
- The medium of exam will be English only.
- HIHT PMEE will have one paper.
- Questions are asked from 10+2 syllabus.
- The exam will be objective with 200 MCQ.

- The time duration is 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Those appearing in Class 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in E-CHAT followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview of the shortlisted candidates to be held in all major cities of the country. Group discussion and interview of eCHAT 2018 admission process will be listed in IIHM eCHAT 2018 Merit List. The Merit List will be prepared based on the marks scored in accordance with their ranks. Candidates will be called for counseling and seat allotment on the basis of eCHAT Merit List. The counseling is tentatively scheduled for the last week of June/first week of July. IIHM eCHAT Counselling will be conducted by Indian Institute of Hotel Management for admissions to hotel management courses

Both are equally good institutes. Christ located in Bangalore and Nagarjuna University in Guntur. Christ University is a better-ranked college in Hotel and Tourism Management sphere than Acharya Nagarjuna University. Both the colleges have good placement record. Acharya Nagarjuna University claims 100% placement. ROI for Christ University is better than Nagarjuna University. Also, facilities in Christ University are better than the former. Christ University has a good team of faculties and an educational foreign trip for students is one of the attractive features of this course.

Both the colleges have the advantage of the location as they are located in the metro city and have a good network of branded hotels in and around. Both are equally good institutes. Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management is better-ranked college than Bangalore University. ROI for both the institute is equally good. IITTM has campuses in other parts of India like Goa, Noida, Nellore and Bhubaneshwar. Bangalore University has a slight advantage of the location as it is located in the metro city and has a good network of branded hotels in and around and better facilities like Wi-Fi Campus, Sports Complex, Gym, Labs, Music Room, Dance Room, Design Studio (Recreational activities facilities are also available). For IITTM 1 year course is the best option. Course curriculum for both the institutes is aligned to industry standard.
