To be eligible for B.Com at Shivaji College, candidates need to pass 10+2 level with at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. The selection is based on Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by NTA. For B.Com (Hons.), candidates must have passed 10+2 with any one Language from List A with a Mathematics/Applied Mathematics and any two subjects out of which at least one should be from List B1 and the other can be from either List B1 or List B2.

In order to get admission in Shivaji College for the BSc and BSc (Hons) programmes, candidates have to clear CUET exam.
