No, Shivaji College admission to all the courses, i.e., undergraduate and postgraduate programs, is entrance-based. While this DU-affiliated college accepts the CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BSc, and BCom, admission to all the postgraduate courses is subject to the CUET-PG exam starting in 2023. Shivaji College, along with DU, started accepting the CUET UG starting in 2022 and the CUET PG from the 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to the undergraduate programme was based on merit in Class 12, and PG admission was mostly subject to the DUET exam previously conducted by DU.

Shivaji College admission 2023 is ongoing for Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. Registrations for Undergraduate Spot Round 02 and Postgraduate Mid-Entry will be done from September 07 to September 09, 2023.
Students can apply online through DU's official admission portal. Undergraduate Spot Round 02 and Postgraduate Third Merit List will be released on September 11, 2023.
Students can accept the allocated seat from September 11, 2023, to September 13, 2023, and the last date to pay the admission fee is September 15, 2023.
