Following are the various computer courses that you may opt as per your profile:
* SAP Fico.
* Tally.
* Advance Excel.
* SAS.
* PGDCA.
However I would suggest you to work for atleast one year as after gaining experience you would know which specialized course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.

Along with PGDM in finance and Marketing, you may consider pursuing Certificate or Diploma course in:
* Risk Management.
* Wealth Management.
* Financial Management.
* Capital Markets
* Advance Excel
* SAP FICO Module.

Graphic & Web Design programs are offered by lots of national level institutes with 300-400 hours of studies. If you spend 3 hours per day to learn you may complete them in short span of time as indicated by you.
You may refer to Shiksha portal with search in your location or refer to justdial, sulekha to find the options near to you.
Web & Graphic Design filed has practical orientation and will need strong mentoring. You may enhance your knowledge but have to learn the skills thoroughly by learning at any leading institution of your choice.
Theses programs are offered by lot of Government Colleges and Autonomous Institutes

As per your profile pursuing SAP module would be the best option for you, you may opt for:
SAP- CRM, or
SAP- Sales and distribution management module.

Besides this short term course you have one more option i.e to continue working for 5-6 years and then opting for Executive MBA program from some top B-school in India or abroad.
