There is no short term course that will help you enter into advertising course. The best thing that you can opt for is going for a Masters degree in advertising. That is the best way to get into advertising as only then, you'll be hired by advertising agencies.

Their duration and fee all depends upon the policy of the college or Institute. For creative writing course you can opt Xavier Institute of communication that offers certificate course in creative writing. Secondly, you can opt Symbiosis Centre for distance learning that too gives the chance to learn creative writing. If you can look out of Mumbai than it would be Indra Gandhi national open University, Delhi or British council of India that offers course - Introduction to creative writing.

If you have decided to do this than your job is to find the academy/institute of your choice that offers this course. You can pursue the certificate course in this or if you have time than you can go for Diploma. Its upto you that how you will handle both the courses.
