It strictly depends upon what field of science (or physics) fascinates you more. Because there are plenty of courses are available. You need to be very much selective. However, I can refer you certain courses (or skills) which surely help you to succeed in your career. Being a physics student you need to learn about programming (especially R and Python), additionally you must have a very good understanding about statistics and machine learning.
