There are many courses available but it's up to you and your interest. There are courses on graphic designing, Financial accounting packages, Basic programming, Hardware-Networking, HTML and CSS basic, Basic Cloud computing etc.
The mentioned courses duration is between 3-6 months depending upon the course content.

Courses like PG Diploma or Graduate Certificate in financial planning, international accounting and finance, etc. can be done. You may check for the certificates too. The exact course choice has to be done by you on the basis of your own interests and requirements.

Medical is a field requiring enough qualification and discipline particularly abroad. You will find certificate courses but after you complete your MBBS and MD. There are no short term courses on the whole unless you mention the area you want to focus in.
