You can do, provided you comply with the requirements of those short-term courses. One of the main parameters is relevant work experience for certain number of years. These are advertised by IIM/s. So, keep a watch on those.

You can treat long term as long term or lifelong commitment towards a particular industry. Those who want to have a career in animation, prefer to study long term course. They either start when they have completed class 12th by entering in a reputed college for animation UG degree program. Short term course will not help you in career. You should go for regular 2 years program of management. It will give you opportunity to join sectors like bank, insurance, MNC and many more.

Hello Ratan Verma,
If you have completed your graduation, then you can appear for bank exams.
To get a bank job, you don't need to pursue any course. Just Prepare for the exams.
You can also get a job in Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and public sector banks. For this, you have to appear in IBPS bank exams.
You have to prepare for quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English, general awareness section.
You can prepare for most of the bank exams at the same time because the syllabus is almost same for all the exams.
