If you can manage to go abroad like, Dubai or New Zealand, you will just get to know how talented you were, when they'll give you massive salaries. But, if you want to stay in India and want a good job then you have to gain experience. Let it move the way it is moving for 2 years and after that you can switch companies and because of work experience, you'll eventually get a high wage.

Yes, you can crack CCNA exam after completing coaching of 6 to 12 months from a good institute. Its a network engineer certificate which is issued by CISCO. It helps a lot to you to get good networking jobs in top reputed companies like google. Only problem with this course is that, most of the networking jobs are of night shifts, its a little hard to get job in a day shift.

You can either go for M.Ed. or PhD. However, M.Ed. will consume 2 years and PhD will consume good number of years. Instead, you should go for some certification courses like spoken skills training in English or some voice and accent training. In short, you can develop yourselves as a trainer. However, since you are already MA, B.Ed. you can go for CTET. Teaching English would be the best profile for you as you can get into govt. jobs as well.
