It is advisable to go for a full time degree course and then look for a higher paying job.

Hi Paritha,
Short term courses in medical field are mostly online/openware and meant for students with work experience. You can still do some research on your end by visiting university websites. There is an undergraduate Neuroscience Certificate Program by Princeton University, should be interesting to you.

You can refer to the NIIT Imperia website. They collaborate with IIMs to provide their courses.
It might not be possible for you to directly enrol for short term management course at most of the IIMs.
