The course is some diploma for 6 months and it costs approx 90000/- and you get placed in ICICI bank post senior officer on first day of joining and pay is 220000/- per annum
(this is inquired in mumbai malad NIIT branch) and it may differ from place to place
but dont go for it since these jobs are contractual and you may have to leave after 2-3 years
You have experience so you can try many places for new job
Even you can go for CFP there is no guarantee but it adds value to your education

Both are good courses but scope may depend upon Jobs available
These both can be completed in 5- 8 months depending upon your strength

Since you completed your MBA, you can now look for career enhancing or rather skill enhancing programs such as graduate or PG Diploma courses. Suggestions include graduate diploma in finance from ANU, Postgraduate Diploma in finance from The University of Melbourne, graduate certificate in finance from Curtin University and so on.
