SRCC does not provide courses in Mass Communication and Journalism. But yes, you many have other top colleges in D.U, like Lady Shree Ram, DCAC etc. Which provides you B.A. (Hons.) journalism course.

There is no defense quota, as such but there is reservation for war affected children. For OBC different cut off is released. For B.Com (Hons). - 89+ cut off

There is same cut off for outside Delhi and Delhi students. Admission is based on your 12th marks.
Cut off is released by Delhi University for different courses for different college. SRCC is one if the most prestigious college of Delhi Counselling.
Cut off for general-95+.
