It was until last year i.e. 2017.
Stay updated on this year's admission procedure. It might be on the basis of entrance marks. I am not sure.

The college fee is approx. INR 30,000 PA and the hostel fee is approx. INR 90,000 for boys and approx. INR 1,00,000 for girls.
You need to get the pass marks in maths. It's not compulsory for you to add maths in the best 4 subjects.

It's based on your class 12th percentage. But this year, there might be an entrance test. It's not confirmed yet.
Stay updated.

The registration process is online and the admission process is to be completed in the college. The college shall publish it's cut-off (best of four) for the session, securing which you shall be eligible for admission. There is a possibility that DU might conduct an entrance exam for the courses offered by SRCC, so keep checking the official website for information.
Usually, the cut-offs for SRCC close down at 98%-97.8%. Please keep in mind, it's the best of four that the college announces it's cut-offs for.

No, it's not. You must have a language subject, one subject in the line of the course, and two any other subjects you've studied. Try this link to get an idea: www.google.co.in/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=http://www.sggscc.ac.in/admission-forms/criteria.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwi926a-7fzZAhWHQ48KHUqZCYcQFjAAegQIBhAB&usg=AOvVaw0IQnykEvItYWsP0_5oFlHa.

Eligibility is having Maths in +2 and passing in the subject. Their cutoff for the respective year, entrance exam rank/minimum score set by the college (not sure about this as DU will be having an entrance for the first time in courses like B.Com/B.Com Hons).

Okay, first of all I would like to tell you about the concept of best of four. Basically it's the aggregate average of the best four of your subjects, and not a list you're ranked in. So you're best of four is 95.25 (Accountancy, Econ, BSt, Eng). You have to take English because best of four requires at least one language subject. Now, about your percentage. SRCC's cut off barely goes below 97.8%-97.5%. So practically speaking, I'd say it's not but there are other great colleges is DU as well, you can try them.

You have to have Maths in +2 to be eligible for admission in SRCC. I'm sorry but I don't think there's any alternative.
