You will be getting a diploma. It is accepted by the corporates as even IIMs give diploma only. However , if you want to apply for government jobs, there you need to have a degree and diploma may not be accepted.

The best way to prepare for CPT is to Follow study material, instead of going out for coaching classes, to crack CPT study material provided by is more than sufficient so worry not, stay focused follow study material and practice through practice manual.

No GDPI attempts at screwing up people. GD tests your general awareness, leadership and communication skills and your convincing skills.
As far as PI is concerned, it is up to you how you can handle it. At the most, it may be a stress test so make sure to stay calm throughout. Rest if you prepare well , you should have a good session.
