Hi, online application for B.Ed start from May 02, 2019 and end date: May 12, 2019.
Submission of downloaded, filled-up application form with required documents and e-Challan at College is from May 03, 2019 and end date is May 14, 2019.
For B.Ed, a candidate must have passed MA/M.Sc. Or B.A. (Hons)/ B.Sc. (Hons) with minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

Yes, you can get transferred but only after getting the NOC from both colleges. One more thing in which college you want to transfer. There should be some seats vacant. Then only you can take transfer in that college otherwise not possible.
