Yes, non-Karnataka origin NRI students can get admission to SIT (Siddaganga Institute of Technology) in Karnataka state. SIT is a recognised engineering college in Karnataka and it admits students from different parts of the country and the world. The admission process for NRI students is slightly different from that of Indian students. NRI students can apply for admission to SIT through the NRI quota. The admission criteria require that the candidate have a Diploma in CSE with an aggregate score of 45 percent. Siddaganga Institute of Technology (SIT), Tumkur, has an intake of 180 students in its CSE branch. If you are not from a background of commerce you have to choose based on your easy subject you will find in the first year of your MBA . So according to that you can choose any elective from marketing hr or finance

It is Ranked at #97 by Outlook 2021. The campus placements are really good. Nearly 80-90% of the students get placed according to the branch and companies like Microsoft, Bajaj Finserv Group, Deloitte, GE Aviation and Dassault Systems, among various others participated in the placements drive.

Dear Himanshu, Both institutes are good. But being alumni of I can say that both CSE and ECE are good at LPU. Let me share a few details of the CSE programme at LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement.
