SIES is surely better than Balaji. Give the SIES interview really well and try getting selected there itself. That is just my opinion though, you make your call as per your wish.

Hello Shruti,
Among all the names mentioned, Welingkar is much better due to its better rankings, higher placements, and more reputed brand value. Though both SIES and NL Dalmia are good backups.

SIESCOMS has its own Rubric evaluation pattern designed, so all scores will be considered There is no prescribed minimum cut off score for any test. All students can appear for the process irrespective of their scores. The weightage given to various parameters are given below.
1. Qualifying Exam : 40%
2. Case Analysis : 5%
3. Group Discussion : 5%
4. Personal Interview : 35%
5. Past Academic performance : 10%
6. Work experience : 5%
So from above qualifying exam(CAT/MAT/CMAT scores etc) and PI are contributing about 75% in a selection of candidates. While academic performance and work experience for 15%.
So keeping the above in consideration

You have chances of getting calls from K. J. Somaiya and Welingkar. JBIMS and SIMSREE will be a bit tough at this score. You can also apply for IITs and NITs. K. J. Somaiya and Welingkar will definitely call you. You can also look for other institutes like Great Lakes, BIM-Trichy, IFMR, GIM, LBS-Delhi, FORE, IMI-Delhi, TAPMI, SIBM-Bengaluru, IMT-Ghaziabad/dual degree course, MICA. A good score is other entrance exam will also open options in TISS and Narsee Moonjee.
