You have a decent scores, and you can definitely fill the form for N L Dalmia, as Dalmia invite every applicant for GD/PI and you stand a fair chance to perform well in GD and PI and get you seat converted because your selection doesn't not only depends on your score but also depends also on your performance in GD PI as well. Selection will be based purely on merit, which will be evaluated out of 100 marks as below:
1. Entrance test score I. e. CAT or XAT or CMAT or MH-CET or MAT or ATMA Score (We will convert your percentile to our grading scale as per our admission criteria) 40 marks
2. Personal Interview 20 marks

With that CMAT score, yes, you can apply for all the three colleges. Chances depend upon your performance in the interview rounds.

SIES accept CMAT score for PGDM. If you perform good in GDPI then you have chance to get in because only 20% weightage given to written exam. And fee for 2016-18 batch PGDM - Rs 3, 40,000 per year (including formal suit, fees for Peregrine Evaluation, and industry visits / outbound experiential learning / aptitude test cost)
