No, there's no internal hostel facility but there are hostels outside and the college helps to get in. You also have many PG facilities close to the college.

Course: Master in Computer Application (MCA) (3 year full time course) affiliated to University of Mumbai.
Approval: AICTE / DTE / University of Mumbai
Eligibility: As per guidelines of Mumbai University and DTE, State of Maharashtra
Admission Process: SIESCOMS is a linguistic minority Institute (Mother Tongue -Tamil, for people domiciled in Maharashtra). Hence 51 % of the seats are reserved for the linguistic minority students. The selection is based on score of MAH-MCA-CET (2014-15) examination. MAMI-MCA-CET 2014 score may also be considered.

Bleak chances. You should try for PGDM as the cut offs for MMS are too high. All the best :)
