Yes. After completing your M.Tech in Signal Processing you can appear for both SET and NET tests. The first is the national Eligibility Test. For the SET, candidates must have a Master's degree recognised by UGC and for general category applicants as minimum 55% marks are required (50% for SC/ST/PwD candidates. 23. Similarly, the UGC Net requires a Master's degree with at least 55% marks from a recognised university 45. Therefore your qualifications meet the eligibility criteria for both exams.

No, B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (Signal Processing) is not offered at PSG Institute of Management. PSGIM is a business school that offers MBA programs.
