Refund Requests: Students or parents must submit a written refund request to the Principal, either in person, by regular mail, or by email. Telephone requests are not accepted.Conditions for Refund: Refunds are processed based on the remaining balance in the student's account after deducting any applicable dues. Discounts or concessions may not apply upon withdrawal.Processing Time: Refunds for excess payments will be processed after verification, typically within 60 days of receiving the written request.Refund Method: Refunds will be issued electronically or physically to the account from which the payment was made, minus any processing charges incurred.
