No, you can not pursue the Masters's external without attending the regular classes. M.Tech part-time can be the good option if available near to you. Otherwise, your company can also sponsor for Master. Please prepare for GATE and obtain a good rank (within 500).

It's very heartening indeed to know that you have set your aim right now. You can do engineering only after completing your 12th. Pass with good marks then appear for and clear CET for Gujarat as well as for NIT's and IIT's.
