Yes, because Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research Bangalore (WeSchool) has industry connections that improve placement opportunities. The average package is around INR 15 LPA and the highest package offered by the college is around INR 23 LPA. As compared to WeSchool, SIMSREE has lower placements. The average package CTC offered is around INR 12.2LPA and the highest CTC offered is around INR 20 LPA. Although, both the colleges has 100% placements guaranteed and best for the quality of education.

Hi Rajvi,
It is depends from company to company. We don't know the exact criteria of many companies, on what basis they shortlist the candidates. Many companies allow all candidates to sit in their recruitment process. Some companies keep criteria of percentage, this can affect you for some companies. Most of them keep the criteria of 60%. Very few companies keep criteria of 70% so do not worry. You will get lots of opportunities. Try to improve other skills and resume. This will increase your chances of shortlisting. Overall, don't think too much about it, you will have enough opportunities.

Hi Siddharth,
The average package and living expenditure can't be compared with each other as living expenditure in the city like Mumbai just depends on the area where you are residing. There is the slightest change of figures in the average package throughout the years not only in SIMSREE but also in many other good B-Schools.
For more rectification, you can visit the official SIMSREE website and can look upon the figures.
