Yes. There is a difference between JBIMS and Sydenham. But we need to understand it from different viewpoints. When it comes to admitting students, at least for this year, the process is the same. Someone with a 99.9+ will get JBIMS and someone with a 99.8 will end up with Sydenham. Difference between 99.8 and 99.9 in terms of ability and aptitude is negligible. One person got a few more questions correct on that particular day. That's it. So if you look at the top students of JBIMS and top students of Sydenham, the difference is barely perceptible. The last year's cutoff was 99.57 and for Gujarati minority seat the cutoff was 98.27.

SIMSREE only accepts MAH-CET, CMAT and CAT scores. MAT scores are not accepted.

No, MAH-CET cut-off of SIMSREE is in the range of 99.7 percentile for MMS and PGDBM courses. MAT scores won't be considered for admissions as only CET/CMAT/MAH-CET scores will be accepted for admissions at SIMSREE.

Hello Mayuri, For JBIMS, last year the cut-off was 99.93 percentile for general category, and for OBC, it was around 99.67 percentile. You need to score extremely good in Maharashtra-MBA/MS CET.

The cut-off for reserved category depends on the number of students applying in the particular category. You will need to wait for your OBC rank and the seat distribution matrix. However, as per trends, the cut-off is only a bit low than general cut-off which is 99.67 percentile tentatively.
