Apart from marks percentage, there are many other factors that depend on whether you are eligible for the scholarship or not. The scholarships in Singapore are offered by various organizations such as government agencies, public and private entities, non-profit organizations, and educational institutes as well and each one of them has many requirements to be fulfilled to grab the scholarship. Here I have mentioned all the parameters to fulfil to get a scholarship in Singapore: https://www.magazinesworld.org/parameters-to-fulfil-to-get-a-scholarship-in-singapore/.

See on the website its specified that a person will be eligible for admission only if the candidate secures at least 90% marks in all his board subjects (of course excluding Hindi in your case), so maybe your physics marks mess up your chances of getting admitted in that particular college.
Best of luck.
