Hi Satyam,
If your university is recognized by UGC for this particular course, you may very well apply to Australia or any other country provided your profile is good enough. If you have selected any colleges, write to them directly with CV.

You need to score over 95% in class 12 and get a decent score in AIEE or IIT JEE. SAT exam is not mandatory, but if you score well, it will increase your chance. You can also appear for IELTS, and you need to score 6 band.

Hi
NTU is very selective and highly competitive for any course so you need to score very high in academics and also must have an excellent profile in terms of extra curricular activities, projects. A SAT and TOEFL would be required depending on the course.

Dear Aman, criteria differs with universities. Generally applicants must have a very good academic record. SAT must be taken. TOEFL or IELTS might be required though it is not mandatory. Always visit university websites for exact details.
Best Wishes

Depends on your research interest. Ph.D admissions are quite different out there. You must contact the universities yourself and also see if they have the research area. NTU would be best for technology research work, also NUS is Singapore's best. Best of Luck
