Hi Vishal,
To study MBA one needs work experience. A minimum of 2 years is required. You must also take the GMAT or GRE. However there are some foreign university campuses which you can check but not sure of its competitive advantage like you can check MDIS where they offer MBA from several universities in UK, Australia etc. Check PSB Academy too. A new MBA programme you may check is Concordia University Chicago MBA - Singapore. Before applying check accreditation and job prospects.

It's difficult although you can do CA, but you even don't know the basis of account and business, you will face difficulty in future in pursuing it, I will suggest dropping this option.

You must have a Bachelor's degree from a reputed university to take admission in Australian universities. Many universities ask for the relevant work experience for admission. So, if you have 1 or 2 years of experience, it will benefit for you. IELTS Exam or TOEFL, you need to take either of the exams for admission to an MBA course in Germany New Zealand-Singapore.
It is mandatory to present a letter of reference from college lecturers or concerned authority that elevates admission process. Lastly, you will get scholarship if your past academic qualification was good.
