At an undergraduate level, you need to have a good academic record and also, finance to sustain abroad for three years. At PG level too, academics plays an important role but finance takes a little back seat.
However, there are many nuances and hence it's best to approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad.

Hi Akshay, For Bachelor's degree courses, you must take the SAT and the IELTS or TOEFL but it depends on which university you are applying to. You should visit the university websites for details. See here:

For Master's degree, Canada or Germany would be better. Singapore could be your third choice.

You can start up a private clinic or a dental lab, work in government or private institutions, work as tutor in some reputed colleges, work in research and advisory departments of a pharmaceutical , work as dental consultant to models, artists, well-known figures and also can carry out research on topics like oral cancer. You have vast scope in foreign countries also where the pay scale will also be much higher than your home country.
