Hi Mujahid,
MBA applicants must take GMAT or GRE before they apply. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL. If you are not looking for too highly ranked universities then probably GMAT or GRE will not be required but I will suggest you to invest in good and well known business schools. Visit university's websites for more information on the admission process. Apply before the deadlines, write good MBA essays and get LORs from your employers. Everything will be mentioned on the websites.

First, check if there is any pharmacy course available in Singapore. I presume you are looking for Masters, you need to look into other countries for the same. It will cost around 10-15 lakhs per year.

You are eligible for admission in a university abroad but may find challenges in getting admission to a good university abroad because of your academic performance. You are advised to prepare well for GRE/ GMAT and score very high marks to increase your chances of admission abroad.

Hi Vishnu,
USA, Germany and Sweden are also good options apart from Singapore. If you are considering Singapore, then NUS and NTU are the best options.

Yes, if you check the admission requirements pages of these universities, it clearly states the requirements. Though for NUS it is not recommended applicants with a GMAT score will be preferred.
