You can get through if they like you. Your grades, work experience, career goals will all matter. Extracurricular are most important when you apply to B-Schools in US.

Tuition fee may range from Rs. 12 to 40 lakhs a year. Here is a country wise break up if it helps. Please note that tuition fee is subject to change and differs with universities. This is just a rough estimate.
USA - Rs. 15 to 40 lakhs a year
Germany - Rs. 0 to 15 lakhs a year, German universities are almost free or charges minimal amount.
SIngapore - Rs. 12 to 20 lakhs a year
Australia - Rs. 15 - 20 lakhs a year
You must also consider an additional expense of Rs. 5 to 10 lakhs a year for living expenses.
