Singapore is an affordable country for studies. National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University are Singapore's top most universities and they are also globally ranked. Singapore Management University is also popular. Programs are of 1 year which considerably brings down the tuition fee. The admission procedure is available online. You must visit the websites of both the schools to submit your forms. IELTS or TOEFL is not necessary for Indian applicants. Applicants are required to submit/upload the required documents within the specific deadlines mentioned on the website. You can find the application checklist here:
