Depends on your research interest. Ph.D admissions are quite different out there. You must contact the universities yourself and also see if they have the research area. NTU would be best for technology research work, also NUS is Singapore's best. Best of Luck

Hi Deepak, an international student in Singapore spends on an average about S$750 to S$2,000 a month on living expenses which includes accommodation rents. Monthly rents are usually $200-$700 depending on the location, facilities etc. Hope it helps

international students will not be accepted for part time course. First you have to get a job and go to Singapore for work.
instead you can do masters in avionics or airport management course in UK. you can register for pilot training simultaneously. There are courses offered with pilot training also.
