Hi Sohan,
Yes, you can apply for government colleges after completing B.Sc in MLT from Singhania University. Though the eligibility conditions for colleges and various courses will differ accordingly and it would be advisable that you get in touch with college/university directly.

Yes, you are eligible for government jobs if you will pursue a Diploma from Singhania University because it is a deemed university which is recognised by UGC and in government exams the eligibility is to be passed from a recognised university.
