As from my experience, I would say that Sinhgad is "not bad". Teaching is not out of ordinary though teachers are helpful. campus placements are the best thing they provide For Comp & IT), so grab it as it is not that much difficult to get place from Sinhgad campus! Other things: campus is huge and good food options are available which are very much pocket friendly and also Sinhgad is very much active in cultural events, Technical events, sports!

As you have allotted the seat in CET then better join Sinhgad College, it will be better than any other college in Nagpur.
