Admission to this JJ College of Architecture is based on counseling and the score obtained in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). To be eligible for admission, candidates must score a minimum of 100 out of 200 in NATA, and have secured 50% marks in their 12th class examination for the general category, and 45% marks for OBC, SC, and ST candidates.MHTCET score is also accepted in JJ college of Architecture for B. ARCH , For students in the general home state category, JJ College of Architecture's most recent round ending rank, or MHT CET, was 116.33

For students in the general home state category, JJ College of Architecture's most recent round ending rank, or MHT CET, was 116.33. In 2023, the cutoff rank was the most competitive. The final rankings in 2022 and 2021 were 159 and 147.7, respectively.

For admissions for B.Arch, JJ College of Architecture accept the score of JEE mains, MH CET and NATA. Although cutoff information for only MH CET is available. The closing rank for MHCET in year 2023 was 116.33 (General-Home State) and in the year 2022, it was 159. The last date to apply for MHCET counselling is 30th July 2024 and the final cutoffs will be released on 8 august 2024. Although no information related to NATA and JEE mains cutoff is available. You can visit the official website of the institute for further information.

The College offers various UG and PG courses in the Department of Architecture.
One can apply for Sir JJ College of Architecture either online or offline mode.
If you have passed a 12th or equivalent exam with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English from a recognized board you are eligible for B.Arch.
Based on the score secured in NATA Exam, admission for B.Arch is offered.
You should have scored a minimum of 50 percent in NATA to be considered eligible for admission followed by offline counseling.

The cutoff for Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) at JJ College of Architecture varies every year depending on various factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the entrance exam, and the availability of seats.
For the academic year 2021-22, the cutoff for B.Arch. at JJ College of Architecture was as follows:
For general category candidates: 100 marks out of 200 in the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture)

Their are different cut off marks for different category.
The college has a cut- off at 50% at 12th and they also look at the marks you got in tha NATA.
